Where tax is concerned governments these days seem to be applying the old
idea of divide and conqueror. They bring a new tax purporting to be for the
benefit of the planet, anti terrorism or some other spurious ballshit, and
sell it to those that it doesn't affect. Don't worry your tax will along
soon, it will have a fancy name, but it's main purpose will be to fill the
governments coffers. It wouldn't be so bad, but at the same time they reduce
the benefits we get from our taxes. Why can't they be honest enough to admit
how much they cost us
