It's that HS link between LA and LV that would be unbelievable. Huge #'s drive to LV every weekend. Many of those drinking in both directions and overtired on the way home. The impact on that behavior as well as the extra room for the commercial traffic that uses that corridor regularly makes that project stupid *not* to do. Yet the so called "environmentalists" have stopped it.
