Let op! means Watch out! A drempel is NOT a speed bump. It's what some areas have called a "speed table" -- there is a slight incline, then a short section of flat surface, then a slight decline. The pavement of a drempel is usually brick. It's just as effective as a speed bump but creates much less wear and tear on vehicles.
The sign depicted in the URL above is a much older version. The current sign uses the Series E typeface in all lower-case.
