Yes. Looking at that map, the Pinkenba branch appears to be missing. 
It is used for suburban trains as far as Doomben, then freight to
Pinkenba.

The Brisbane inset is also missing the Beaudesert branch, which should
come off to the west from Bethania just north of Beenleigh.

In the Townsville area, the short Sun Metals branch is missing.
