Dropping bread near a tunnel sounds mischievous to me, or at least a very unwise thing to do to a poor unsuspecting goose. An accident waiting to happen, if you ask me. And I'm sure those with an eye for discrimination and constitutional rights would have something to say about the unwarranted assumption that the goose was a Christian. I worry about whales in that respect. Is ritual mass suicide part of their culture/religion, and are we offering them a grave insult - perhaps even consigning them in their own eyes to lifelong disgrace or eternal damnation - by "saving" them?
