Collisions in the Baltic Sea

Hello.
I would like to ask you if it isn't possible that you could provide me
all the routes (or at leat the most)of any types of ships that cross
the Baltic Sea.
I am doing a study about the number of collisions, the places where
they occur, etc.
I would be very grateful if you could show me that information.
