I'm against tyranny. I cannot imagine anyone honestly
believing that the income tax is tyranny. Unjust, yes.
Morally wrong, yes. Tyranny, no.

Mr. Rubin, You are an intelligent man. You just have a problem with thinking outside of 'your' box.

You just can not believe that it could be as Larken et al. claim.
That would make it one massive fraud.

The government refuses to answer 6 questions. The courts refuse to look at the words of law, even going so far as to allow the DOJ representing the IRS to get away with contempt of court.

The IRS illegally raids a citizen's home on a fishing expedition, that continues to this day, looking for information that Mr. Rose has presented upfront and to the point for what, 6 years. He has been asking the government for six years to "show him, using the law, where his position is in error".

In that same raid the IRS illegally steals 150 videos in violation of the First and Fourth amendment.

It is the government's actions, the actions of certain 'professionals' in this group, as well as the plain text readings of the regulations that drive the anti-tyrannists.

As I said, You are either for tyranny or you are against it.

18 MR. EVANS: Also, simultaneously with
19 filing my motion for summary judgment, I submitted a
20 list of 10 interrogatories which I included in my
21 certificate of service. And, to date, those
22 interrogatories have also not yet been responded to.

23 THE COURT: I’ll see he answers the
24 interrogatories. We will know the reason why.

19 Along the lines of the interrogatories,
20 I would like to file a motion for an order to compel a
21 response to the interrogatories.

22 THE COURT: I’ll take care of that today.
23 You can leave that here. Put it up on the desk.

Pages 33, 34

19 THE COURT: Did you get the
20 interrogatories?

21 MR. CARROLL: I did, your Honor.

22 THE COURT: Will you answer them, please,
23 if you can.

24 MR. CARROLL: Yes, although all of them,
25 excuse me, I have a cold today. All of them require
1 really legal answers. So I’ll respond to them.
