Seeking Recommendations For E-Commerce 3rd Party Payment Processors

I have an e-Store that is getting ready to go online soon,
and need to consider find a 3rd Party Payment Processor who
I can past my aggregate sale amount to and have them process
and caculate Sales and Usage taxes that will be in
compliance with the new "Streamlined Sales Tax" that a
number of States are gettting ready to enact.  Can anyone
recommend Payment Processor companies out their ready to
help e-Commerce Merchants calculate Sales Tax?  I know
Congress has yet to meet, but I need to start preparing to
go online with this consideration in mind.
