Like it or now, a BIG part of what a lawyer (or his clerk) does is making sure that contracts are LETTER PERFECT. With important stuff a high priced lawyer reads the final contract VERY SLOWLY! Because a high priced lawyer that lets mistakes go pass his final review soon becomes a medium priced lawyer.
