It's about the need for MPs overseas and the sorry condition of
most government-owned housing. In the latter case it's cheaper for
civilian contractors to lease family housing to the government after
it's built, and cheaper for them to maintain it. So, yeah, I guess
the housing issue is about money. Saving it, that is.
