The information which is from "public" records cannot be kept private
without a court order. Name, address and phone numbers from LISTED
phone entries are obviously public. Your employer's information SHOULD
be private unless you've posted somewhere such as whowhere.com, or
your employer's phone directory is public.

If you own (real) property, the property tax assessor's records are public --
unless you create a trust to own the property. (In most cases, using
a grantor trust to own the property has no other consequences, including
income and property tax, or (lack of) protection from creditors. I've
read that you can lose the homestead exemption in Florida.)

I don't know if US Search hires PI's to gather information NOT from
public records -- if they do, you need an expert in "hiding".

Finally, your post indicates that you are in the Eastern time zone,
probably somewhere near Atlanta and have an Earthlink account.
Others may be able to obtain more information.

Watch your posts in the future.
