Perhaps your parents should have this done before they send it to you.
Otherwise it could be seen as fraud.
Here in the states, a "notary public" would be sufficient to "authenticate"
the material.
That can be done at your bank.
The reason for it being seen as possible fraud is the fact that you did not
create the material and yet you want it to be certified as being factual.
That requires the signature of the writer at the time of notarizing.
Of course, someone with more knowledge will come along and probably point
out that ain't necessarily so.
Ask your bank what can be seen as "authentic" in that state with a notary.
