You need to get permission from the copyright holder of every movie.
Start with the respective studios, which probably control
distribution rights or can direct you if they don't.
Whoever owns copyright is going to want a stiff licensing fee. They
will have lawyers; you should have one or you'll get creamed in
negotiations.
This is not something you can do on the cheap.
