Being sued by Chrysler in Arbitration?

I received a summons today. I am in Illinois. The summons says that
this is an Arbitration Case. Can someone tell me exactly what that
means in plain english or direct me somewhere that will? I don't
dispute that I owe the debt, What will happen at the court hearing?
Any advice and help would be appreciated.
