I actually happen to have a record of our typical day from that time,
that I left with my IL's when they helped DH watch Julie while I went on
a girls' weekend trip. Here it is (with irrelevant detail snipped). I
can't tell you what we did when we were home for most of the day,
because I couldn't (and still can't) stand to stay home all day. If I
don't get out, even just a quick trip to the grocery store, I'm a
nervous wreck by the end of the day. The mornings were when we did our
main activity. After nap was usually a walk around the neighborhood or
short trip to the park or library depending on weather.

7:30-8:00 am Wake up
· Eat breakfast:
· Get dressed.

At this point it is usually about 9:30. This is the best time to go out
with her.

12:00 Lunch:

1:00 Nap time:

She sleeps for about 2 hours.

Up from nap:
· Feed her a snack: cracker, cereal/fruit bar, banana cookie. Offer
milk in small sippy cup.

After her snack is the other time when it's possible to go out,
depending on how late she gets up and finishes her snack. Keep water
available throughout the afternoon.

5:30 Dinner:

6:50 Start saying "It's 10 (5, 2.) minutes to your bedtime."
7:00 Bedtime
