It is now down to tescos to prove that it was not faulty at the point of sale rather than you proving it was unfit for sale. Continue with your complaint with these in mind. You have been sold faulty stuff that is not fit for its intended use. If you are on the phone, ask for a manager , just keep repeating the questions you have, over and over, don't let them put down the phone - don't argue just keep on and on and on and on. You also have the right to take the products back to a local store, they are not franchises they are a national company with multi outlets and can deal with web orders in any store. You have every right to a full refund. Keep going! Barry http://www.discount-voucher.co.uk/chocolate_stocking_competition.asp --- The outgoing mail from this machine has been scanned.
