DSP Reguirement in India, Bangalore

Requirements:

Should be well-versed with PnR methodology and flows. 
Should have a good understanding of Timing Closure / Clocking Strategy
(Multiple clocks etc.,) related issues.
Hands-on with / Knowledge of  Physical Verification techniques like
DRC/ LVS/ Antenna / X-Talk etc.,
Hands-on with industry-standard PnR and Verification/Analysis tools. 
Exposure in the following would definitely be an added-advantage: 
Power Methodology 
Hands-on with Cadence SoC Encounter / Simplex 
Hands-on with Mentor's Calibre 
0.13u / 0.12u or 0.15u technologies. 
Understanding the foundry-related issues. 
The other things are: 
Minimum experience level should be preferably above 3 years in PnR &
or in Physical Verification.
BE/M.Tech in ECE.
Work independently 
Ready to work in challenging environment. The ideal expectation would
be guys who can turn impossible things into possible.
Job Description: 

He/She will be essentially working with advanced PnR  and Physical
Verification methodologies. He/She will have an opportunity to work
with industry standard tools like SoC-E / Simplex / Calibre etc., . As
we're in the cutting-edge technology, the pace to accept the
challenges / get exposed to the new areas are expected to be very
high.

Position: 3 positions.

Can be either Design Engineer (atleast 3 years) or Sr.Er. (with about
4/5+ )
