Scope:        RUP Business Analyst / Project Manager

You must be local, and must be a U.S. Citizen or have your green card.

We are looking for strong RUP Business Systems Analysts and Project Managers. You must 
have a solid understanding of Object Oriented technologies and the Rational Unified 
Process, and you must be process and procedure oriented, and has worked on large
scale projects with e-Commerce, B2B or other Web services. You must have experience 
working on n-tier architecture, and J2EE projects. Also, you must be able to provided 
samples of your work which show documentation, functional specs, diagramming, etc.
You will be responsible for producing high level documents with detail and clarity, 
vision statements, RUP system requirements, and sequence diagrams. We are looking for 
someone who will bang out the requirements, and move on and be available for other
things. This could lead into a project management position. This position is 
responsible for being a liaison between the Information Systems Department and the 
client in analyzing client requests, conducting best practices research and developing
innovative solutions to implement system enhancements and modifications. You will 
direct the work of several analysts. You will work with project teams, production 
support groups, and the business community to define business requirements for
development, enhancements, and system modifications and you will write use cases, 
analysis docs, BRS, SRS (system requirement specifications), and test cases. Also will 
be responsible for translating user requests into requirement specifications that can
be used by programmers to develop, and you will document business requirements into 
specific tools such as Rational Requisite Pro. The right candidate will have three to 
five years related work experience in a systems analysis environment.
