Skills:       NSK development and architecture design; strong technical
              expertise in C development; Cool:Gen development experience
              preferred. Experience with client systems and/or Medicaid
              Management Information systems experience preferable.

Scope:        Oversees the detailed technical aspects of an application.
              Understands how the application supports MMIS and PCCM
              business functions. Understands the sources and destinations
              of data and processes affecting or affected by the
              application. Develops, assesses and approves technical
              designs to ensure they are consistent with the application
              goals and direction. Oversees unit, component and system
              testing.
