Position:     Business Analyst/Project Manager
Reference:    SMC01172
Location:     Austin TX
Duration:     Contract to Perm

Skills:       3-5 years relevant experience
              Thorough knowledge of PC usage. Excellent verbal and written
              communication skills. Specialized knowledge of functional
              area and/or government regulations.
              BS/BA degree required.
              Must have good back ground in requirments gathering and
              estimating project costs, with good
              understanding of business operations and  ability to cost out a
              project.  Demonstated ability to manage multiple projects.
              Should have good "Tool Belt" for completing above.  Gather
              requirements and estimates for projects, analyze the resources
              and prioritize tasks according to company business objectives,
              schedule resources.
              SLA and Project Central experience are pluses.


Scope:        Performs moderately complex to advanced project management
              activities under limited supervision in assigned functional area
              to support continuous improvement and alignment with company
              strategies, goals and objectives using established policies,
              procedures and guidelines.
