WHAT IS JOB FUTURE AS “HSE (Health, Safety and Environment) ENGINEER” ?

Hello Evrybody,

Myself Nitesh Bamania
I am Passing my Chemical Engineering from M S University, INDIA in May
2003.
Before Engineering I am also completed my diploma in Petrochemical
Technology in 1998.

Now I am join ALPHA PROJECT SERVICES PRIVATE LIMITED, INDIA as HSE
Engineer (Health, Safety & Environment Engineer) since 15th September
2003. I am working for completion the various projects.
I have to work in the HSE (Health, Safety and Environment) Management
group, which provide services like HAZOP Analysis, Risk Analysis Study
(RAS), Risk Assessment, Safety Audit and Fire fighting system. I am
working with PHAST-II softwares used in the chemical industries for
Risk Assessment.
Under me uptill now some projects  of HAZOP study,  Emergency
management Planning, Safety Audit & Risk Assessment Completed. The
industries include Natural Gas Pipeline, Petroleum Refinery Revamped
Unit, copper smelter unit, & Chemical Unit

So I am confused about what is future as CHEMICAL ENGINEER doing such
HSE Engineer job. What is the future prospective about post of HSE
Engineer in worldwide? ………Where I get the
opportunities to work?………… Which places it
will be give benefit to me ?
OR I have to change my line from HSE Engineer that is basically
related to safety in Chemical Industries  &  Choose Production /
Process as future?

WHAT IS JOB FUTURE AS “ HSE (Health, Safety and Environment) 
ENGINEER ” ?


So, anyone can help me for above matter…..how much the scope of
CHEMICAL ENGINEER as HSE ENGINEER.
