Scope:        Like all global businesses, JPMC Lines of Businesses (LOBs)
              are faced with the challenge of assembling the comprehensive
              pipeline of investment proposals and keeping it current.
              Presently, there are multiple spreadsheets and databases that
              capture the pipeline data. PlanView offers the advantage of a web
              based tool that can be accessed from any location and facilitates
              information sharing. By providing a consolidated pipeline
              repository, PlanView will enable the LOBs to better
              understand the level of demand within each business and JPMC
              as a whole. The level of demand can be viewed more
              dynamically with PlanView rather than the more typical
              snapshot in time view during the annual budgeting and
              planning process. Additionally, the consolidation of
              information will allow the LOBs to identify pipeline
              projects with largely similar needs across businesses and
              maximize the investment spend by implementing a common
              solution.
