Skills:       Expert in Data Stage Parallel Extender (Orchestrate) and
              customization of Parallel Framework.
              Expert in UNIX application development including C++, shell
              scripting, korn shell and cron.
              Ascential, Expert in Data Storage Parellel Extender, Unix,
              C++


Scope:        These positions are for full-time ON-SITE developers on the
              CLIENT Account in Rockville, MD. The person will report to
              the Market Regulation Programme Control Manager (PCM), but
              will functionally work directly with the client program
              manager. These positions will assist in the maintenance,
              enhancements, and new development for the Alternate Display
              Facility application for the CLIENT. Implements application
              architecture in reusable system  components.  Enhance Ascential
              Parallel Extender framework by designing,  building and debugging
              new custom operators in C++. Design, build, test and debug
              complex jobs using Parallel Extender framework operators, custom
              operators and OSH scripting language. Identifies technical and
              non-technical issues and risks to Project Manager.
