              Information Assurance, Information Security, Infrastructure
              Protection.

              In-depth competitive knowledge of this market, including
              trends and current solid opportunities to pursue.

              Strong relevant relationships and capabilities in
              successfully accessing and interfacing with appropriate
              federal agencies' leadership and decision makers.

              Substantial accomplishments in the development and execution
              of business growth strategies, including management of sales
              plan projections and budgets, teaming partners and
              subcontractors.

              Extensive hands-on experience and understanding of the
              federal government procurement process, including
              requirements development, contract vehicles, competition.

              Strongly preferred:

              Direct Information Assurance services sales to the federal
              marketplace. Immediate access to acquiring additional sales
              and program resources to build this organization.

              Technology product sales success in federal marketplace.


Scope:        Senior level executive to expand growing Information Assurance
              practice, services and products, focused on the federal
              marketplace
