Skills:       Systems architecture and integration design experience;
              Strong expertise in data and process modeling, especially
              with regards to health care management systems, VB (6.0 &
              .NET), Cool:Gen, C, programming languages, tools such as
              Business Objects, and Crystal Reports and Paradox, SQL
              Server 7.0 & 2000 development experience preferable.

Scope:        Understands how the application supports MMIS and PCCM
              business functions. Understands the sources and destinations
              of data and processes affecting or affected by the
              application. Develops, assesses and approves technical
              designs to ensure they are consistent with the application
              goals and direction.
