              Strong expertise in data and process modeling, especially
              with regards to health care management systems.  VB (6.0 &
              .NET), Cool:Gen, C, programming languages, tools such as
              Business Objects, and Crystal Reports and Paradox, SQL
              Server 7.0 & 2000 development experience preferable.

Scope:        Designs, programs, and tests programs (new or modifications
              to existing applications).  Provides production support for
              a specific application or group of applications.
