Scope:        Develop and enhance high-quality web systems for external
              clients using the latest programming technologies. Assist
              Senior Programmer Analysts, Programmer Analysts, and
              Associate Programmer Analysts with coding and projects.

              Job Responsibilities:
              Complete all projects on or ahead of schedule in a high
              quality, functionally correct manner. Code, test, and implement
              new systems and changes to existing systems. Interface
              successfully with internal management, developers, testing team,
              and clients. Must handle diverse situations and multiple projects
              and priorities. Report to management all issues that will impact
              on-time completion and quality goals. Responsible for
              successfully solving technically difficult problems.
