Digiflex is hiring full-time and part-time Sales Recruiters for its
specialty job board. These are internal positions working for Digiflex and
DO NOT require applicants to become members of the job board in order to be
considered for employment with Digiflex. We are seeking dedicated and
hardworking consultants to sell job board memberships to individuals seeking
contract, freelance, part-time, work-from-home and/or "family-friendly"
employment with major Fortune 1000 companies nationwide. No sales or
recruiting experience is necessary. Training is provided.



Salary & Benefits Overview:



* Salary - 100% Commission. Full-time recruiters average $4,000 - $7,500 per
month. Part-time recruiters average $1,500 - $3,500 per month.



* Comprehensive Benefits are available after probationary period including
Health (HMO/PPO Options), Dental, Vision, Term Life Insurance, Disability
and 401k.



* Telecommuting Position. Recruiters work from their home-office and are
responsible for providing their own office equipment, office furniture,
computer and business cards.



* Extensive web-based training and ongoing team meetings are provided via
our partner WebEx.com.



* Employment Recruiters maintain their own work hours; however an aggressive
but fair recruitment quota is enforced. Just about all of our recruiters
have no trouble meeting the quota and most exceed it on a regular basis.
Employment Recruiters report to group managers on a regular basis for
additional training, support and reporting.
