Mass distribution of your resume is a waste of time and money. If you post your resume online on any of the major job sites, the recruiters are all over it anyway, and that method is free. I am highly skeptical of any web site that charges job seekers for their services, with the possible exception of career coaches and writing services. If you have an opinion regarding this, I invite your comments on this string.
