Tool to generate custom MA

I want to generate a chart with upper band as 10 day MA of Daily High
price and lower band of 8 day MA of daily Low Price. with the daily
closing price in between.

My analysis is that if the price goes less than the 8 day MA low, sell
it. If it goes more than the 10 day MA high, then buy it. Is there any
custom tool that can generate this chart.
