Closed End Funds or ETFs That Are Short?

Hi,
Does any one know of any of the above that are "short" or "bear" US equity
funds that go up when the market goes down?
Similar to the "Rydex Ursa" open ended mutual fund?  This is for an IRA
account where shorting isn't allowed.
