Hi there, I was laid off on 9/30/2003, at that time I was told be HR that I have to trade my stock options in 90 days. I have a Etrade/OptionsLink account where those stock options are, and they can be exercised at anytime. Besides that, I DO NOT have a penny in that account. So the question is can I have the stocks being sold next year? That is I am buying those stocks sometime this year, but sell them at the beginning of next year. The reasons for this are: the stock price of that company is too low, and I do not want to pay income tax for this year. thanks for any tips. Chun Ji
