GBPC, I have bought a property in Spain (and the US plus UK). I heard similar issues about Ocean Estates but have no direct experience with them one way or the other. I do have an agent that I would recommend. She does a great job and clearly researches the market to match what I was looking for. She works for Viva and they have a number of policies to protect the buyer. I am a professional property investor so a bit more picky as to the details. I did not look at Costa Blanca and I am not sure if the agent I work with covers that area. If not she may have a recommendation of someone she would trust. As I do not check this group often, send me an email and I can connect you.
