C'mon, Michael take it easy on him - he said he just wants *one* for his
primary residence (the fact that he thinks there is an "easy way" that hardly
anyone else does is another subject). He isn't planning to make any money off
it or buy more. He just has a thing for living in repo'ed houses. Must get off
on them.  ;-0

Whatta you think - should we tell him the "easy way"?? It'll have to go to a
vote of the board you know.
