Help me with quotes from CME and eSignal

I am having problems with eSignal giving me bad quotes on the ES Z3.

Today at 2:15pm NY time, the current quote for the ES Z3C1060 is at $15 bid and $21 
ask.

I tried to explain that the current globex price is at 19.75 and 20.75.

They said that the CME says this is a valid quote.

How can this be?

PS. I understand that Globex is the electronic exchange, and eSignal uses the Floor 
exchange. But
the quote spread is crazy.
