 ah, crap.... they wouldn't show you the chart.  first chart for SPY 
goes back to '91, shows the first buy at '95.
anyway this was just an example of some very relaxed trading and taking 
advantage of a bull market and then the cross over to a bear market.
now, to make some serious money, substitute QQQ for SPY, or better yet 
an individual stock-----over the same time frame MSFT was a 10 bagger, 
with three splits.
