Selling some of my shares in publicly traded company.

 Hi all,
 
I am selling off a portion of my stock in a Canadian based but US listed, company. For 
various reasons which I am happy to explain I wish to do it as a private transaction 
and 
because of restrictions on the shares they are not available to Americans (citizens or 
residents) until next year. The shares closed at $1.80 (USD) on October 10/03 and the 
range has been a 52 week low of $1 and high of $2.35 (June 10/03). This is a 4 year 
old 
company with market presence, good reviews, actual products and multinational sales 
contracts. To keep overhead low I would like to sell in lots with a reasonable number 
of 
shares and possibly discount the price somewhat. If you're interested and would like
