The company Goldminco Corporation trades as a junior mining co. on the tsx
(toronto venture exchange) under the symbol GCP (They are based in Australia
though). I found it interesting to see them make headlines at kitco about a
new financing package and drilling program in Australia.... Interesting
because I sat on the plane about a month ago with a guy from Goldminco next
to me telling some excellent info that made it unique and why they would be
starting to move the company into high gear in November.



The CEO is a former senior executive of Placer Dome (South East Asia
Division) and he set up a deal in which Goldminco (his company) gets all the
assets of Placer Dome lock stock and barrel on properties they were
divesting... I mean everything! They just got one project not even mentioned
in the article in the last few months where for $1 they got $200,000 US
worth of machinery and the clear title of land.



These properties are not to be cast off lightly, they have high potential to
return still and they get them for free with the understanding they can have
first 1,000,000 ounces out of the ground and all costs to develop and
explore returned before they give dime one to Placer Dome (plus they get a
significant % after that).



The deals are coming fast and furious now and market cap is well under $4M
Canadian. From what metrics I can tell the market cap should be several
times that and I believe it will do so soon. At 11 cents a share I can see
this significantly higher. Plus I think it is time for some of these juniors
to see action.
