  We received the following notice from the Department of Veteran Affairs
September 5,2003. This is all the information that we have at this time. It
looks like the next two bid periods (September 8, & September 29) are the
last times to bid on this type of properties at auction. We have not
received any information as to how they will offer these properties in the
future, we know a PRIVATE Corporation, other than the government will be
taking over.

The last VA listing will occur on September 26, 2003, with contracts due no
later than October 29. Contracts received after that date will not be
accepted.
All future offers to Purchase and Contract of Sale (VA Form 26-6705)
submitted must include the FINAL ACKNOWLEDGEMENT ADDENDUM found on the Forms
Page.
The VA's acceptance of any offers received on this listing is contingent
upon the closing of the sale occurring no later than December 31, 2003.
Should the closing not occur by that date, regardless of the reason, VA will
cancel the contract and refund the earnest money deposit.
