But he was found guilty, it wasn't sort-of guilty due to the evidence.  
He was guilty... its a VERY soft sentence.

People that kill their spouses over passion are very unlikely to kill 
someone else... should they just be let go?

What about punishment ? How many minutes is he getting per victim ?

I don't think you can cross compare so easily.

At least those that are incarcerated won't do it again, something the 
parents of that poor Minnesota girl I'm sure are think, he had been out 
only since July.
