Very true.  It also avoids problems with "you didn't purchase the
ticket with the right credit card".  Especially with small firms
it is often easier (and cheaper for the whole group (company + 
employees)) to just get travel health coverage for everyone that
includes both personal and company related travel.

A rental car rider on you regular car insurance is fairly cheap.
(Less than annual service fees on many cards.)
