If that flow was rather big, you could get "icebergs" of solidified lava being tossed about
in the molten stream of lava. (though iceberg would be a poor analogy, as few solids
float on the same molten material). But it would be entirely possible for a block of freshly
solidifying lava to get pushed aside and rotated by a lava "river".
