Trouble integrating COTS Software? Using commercial off-the-shelf (COTS)
software to build complex systems has introduced new technical, management,
and operational challenges. How are the products evaluated? What are the
appropriate integration technologies? Which engineering process should be used?

At the International Conference on COTS-Based Software Systems (ICCBSS)
we are looking for the solutions to these problems. For the third time
practitioners, researchers and vendors are gathering to exchange ideas,
explore the many problems encountered, and try to find the matching
solutions. Join us at the ICCBSS conference where we will build on our
knowledge gained. A full program of keynotes, experience reports, research
results and panel discussions from industry, government and researchers
will address timely issues. Workshops and tutorials will give beginners
and veterans an opportunity to investigate selected topics in greater depth.
