Actually its not.  I'm not a programmer, but there are DOL and tax
provisions -- prayed for by Microsoft and others -- who want to work
certain professionals, like programmers for 50, 60, 70 hours per-week and
call them exempt employees -- so they do not have pay overtime -- for even
project, e.g., temporary employees that they will disguard when they are
done using them.
