Specialty Absorbent Paper - Small Run Mills

I have a need for a specialty absorbent paper used in a proprietary
industrial process.  I am willing to pay big bucks, because our
current supplier has basically said they are not going to make the
paper anymore, and I need it to be able to run.

Are there any small run mills out there willing to produce small runs
of specialized product?
