ERCO R11 and EkaNobel (Cell Chem) SVP-HP

Hi,

I'm looking for information on the R11 and SVP-HP processes for
production of chlorine dioxide - specifically if these reactors ever
run at high normality to produce a acidic salt byproduct.  As well,
can anyone tell me where the R11/SVP-HP processes exits (1 of them
being Buckingham location).
