Truth be known there are a lot of folks who don't plan to come to the USA and to them I'll bet that a default judgement in the USA means nothing. Sort of like someone from Palestine Texas getting a parking ticket in Winnipeg and then driving back and ignoring it... Mind you, I have seem USC barred entry into canada at the Pembina (ND) - Emerson - actually West Lynn (MB) border crossing for reasons unknown. The usual reason is a DUI conviction in their home state.... I doubt that Hormen has those kinds of resources to collect on default judgements... But then, I have been wrong before.
