Good lord what a scam.



What's to stop a guy like me from placing an ad.  Some desperate
Brazilian chick wants to do a transaction.  I tell her to first wire me
$3000 so i can tell she's serious, so i can fly down and marry her.  I
get the money and never reply back?



It's like those Russian "women" who fraud those American guys and never
reply back once they get funds.



I assume that site ain't run in the US.  It's *real* risky.  You setup a
transaction, send funds, he has to file all paperwork, etc. yet at any
time could just stop and keep the money.



And you can't complain.  I mean -- you *were* tryig to break laws.  Not
like you can complain to the US authorities.



stay away from these sites.  Don't believe his "injustice" plea crap.
