America is also the place that invented the Internet (aside from Mr. 
Gore) and those IP addresses. In true foreigner form you ask to take 
what we come up with and espouse your sense of entitlement towards our 
stuff. Why don't you invent your own Internet?

(Note I'm not saying that we oughta horde the IP addresses or force 
others to make their own Internet, rather I'm just pointing to the 
demanding nature and "give me"'ness of the statement).

And by and large cars were invented, perfected at least for the masses, 
here too. It's little surprise that we have the most cars, ergo the most 
demand for gas.

That is the essense of the problem that we have been discussing - 
illegal aliens. So let's say we have the most of them. Well then let's 
do something about the problem.
