CIC Call Centre

Is it just us who are finding CIC impossible to get through to?
We didn't have a problem when there were several numbers, but now the
"merged" 1-800 number never seems to get through to anyone for us.

Anyone called and spoken to a human being? If so, what time of day did you
call?
